En la situación de conflicto que la Tierra Santa está experimentando, es urgente que los franciscanos estemos cerca de las comunidades cristianas que viven en esta tierra.
La falta de peregrinos, las actividades económicas cerradas, y la dificultad de viajar para ir a trabajar, dificultan la vida cotidiana y la posibilidad de tener una vida digna.
