dans la situation de conflit que connaît la Terre Sainte, il est urgent que nous, Franciscains, restions proches des communautés chrétiennes vivant sur cette terre.
Le manque de pèlerins, l'activité économique en berne, la difficulté de se rendre au travail, rendent difficile la vie quotidienne et la possibilité d'avoir une vie digne.
