Find out about the educational work of the Custody of the Holy Land through the Schools of the Holy Land and other educational work. the Franciscans have been at the service of the young to provide them with an education and help them build up a new society, based on the values of peace and coexistence, since 1550, when they opened the first parish school in Bethlehem.

Today there are 20 schools with about 12,000 pupils.
