Monday night, two months after the last meeting, the Custos of the Holy Land paid a new visit to the volunteers of Maria Bambina, the former girls’ orphanage. There, Father Pierbattista Pizzaballa had dinner with those who kindly use their time and experience to the help the Holy Land.
Father Custos celebrated Mass, which was concelebrated by Fr. Silvio R. De La Fuente, with Deacon Tommaso participating, in the Chapel of the guest quarters on the day marking the Feast of St. James. On the terrace, just a few meters from the domes of the Holy Sepulchre, the Custos thanked both young and old for the service they give to the Custody, in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
